Hey there, I'm Lisa Reck. I'm not your average financial whiz; I'm a serial entrepreneur whose been a writer, life coach, business coach and has worked over 10 years in accounting - while also being a mom. I understand the unique challenges that come with running a successful business and raising a family! I've experimented with a lot of different things but I've always come back to my love of data (I'm 100% a spreadsheet nerd) and my passion to help others. Bookkeeping is certainly the best of both.
One thing I know for sure is that you’ve got to love what you do and if you can make money at it that’s even better! There’s this one life we get the privilege of experiencing, so let’s embrace every moment it has to offer us, whatever that looks like for you. For me, that’s my family, my 2 dogs and a good cup of coffee in the morning…and my love of pizza!
Meet Your HR Specialist
Hi, I’m Susan Barr. Human Resources has been a passion of mine for many years. After 24 years, there’s not much I haven’t experienced in the various functions of Human Resources. The good news is that I am a continuous and lifelong learner, so if I encounter something not already in my arsenal, I dive right in and learn everything I can to provide accurate information to my clients!
I hold a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management (MSHRM), certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), in addition to over twenty-four years’ experience in all areas of human resources.
I am a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a member of the California Chamber of Commerce (CalChamber). I’m committed to staying current with the ever-changing landscape in human resources.
